Ahmed is a Senior Product Manager at Zalando. He works on enabling fashion experiences using conversational platforms. Before joining Zalando, Ahmed founded UserTalk — a SaaS-startup focused on improving the communication of small businesses with customers. Ahmed holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.
